To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Fill in your details: Provide your name, the correct email address, and the phone number associated with your order.

Product information: In the message box, list the names of the products you wish to return.

Confirmation and shipping label: We will use the information provided to confirm your return request. Within 2 business days, we will send a confirmation of your return application to your email address and a reminder message to your phone.

Please note that all returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving your order (starting from 8:00 AM PST the next business day after you receive your order). Customers will bear the return postage costs. The refund will be processed and returned to your account within 1-3 business days after we receive the returned items.
