Q: WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE SUPPORTED?

Q: HOW IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED?
Hamaros ships most orders within 1-5 business days of being placed, though some may take longer to process. We cannot guarantee same-day shipping. If you need special assistance, please contact us.
Q: WHERE IS MY ORDER? / HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your product ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Your order may ship from multiple Hamaros locations, so you might receive it in separate packages. If some items you ordered are not in your shipment, they should arrive soon.

Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been processed, and you will receive a full refund within 1-3 business days. However, if the order has been processed and packaged, a 15% restocking fee will be charged if you still wish to cancel before shipping.
A 5% processing fee will be charged if you cancel your order within 12 hours. (As charged by Credit Card/PayPal)
Q: IS MY PAYMENT SECURED?
Your payment is secure, and your information always remains private. All information is encrypted to ensure the overall security of all sensitive information.
Q: CAN I RETURN THE GOODS IF THEY HAVE QUALITY PROBLEMS?
We strive to ensure product quality. If you receive items with quality problems, you may return the item for a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. We will bear the cost of freight if the return is due to quality issues or a mistake on our part.
Q: CAN I RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT ANY QUALITY PROBLEM?
We accept returns for any reason for up to 7 calendar days from the purchase date. However, you will need to bear the return postage.

Q: DOES HAMAROS SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We ship internationally to selected countries. During the checkout process, simply select the country you would like to ship to.
